• You can’t send a digital product back if you’re unhappy with it. So once you pay for it, it is non-refundable
• Personalized or tailored products are also non-refundable, as they are made especially for you, and can’t be resold to anyone else
• In case of difficulty opening a digital file, please contact me first and we will get the situation resolved

Sometimes, products might not be available or discontinued. Also, the prices of my products could change over time. Just a heads up!

Payments for purchases are processed through the payment provider Mollie. I offer various payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, PayPal, debit and credit cards.
